Prices denominated in fiat, crypto equivalent calculated at payment initiation.

You bear network fees and exchange rate slippage; we convert to fiat before deposit

4. Dealer Program

Dealer status is granted upon approval. Dealers must follow pricing, marketing, and support guidelines as per a separate agreement (sample structure adapted from manufacturer-dealer models)

Either party may terminate dealership agreement per its terms

5. Representations & Warranties

By Buyer: You legally own the crypto used, and payments are made in good faith

By Crypto Motors: You receive a clear title, valid registration, and will deliver as promised

6. Title & Risk

Ownership and risk transfer upon full payment and completion of delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Subject to vehicle condition, exchange rate, and crypto volatility.

Refunds issued in fiat amount originally paid, minus processing fees (non-refundable network charges)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crypto Motors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability limited to the value of your transaction

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update terms periodically. Material updates will be notified on-site or via email.
